100-Member Coloring Celebration Giveaway

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Tiny Ark Studio Coloring Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Tiny Ark Studio, referred to in these rules as the “Sponsor.”

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Children and teenagers may complete the featured craft, but they may not enter the giveaway directly. A parent, legal guardian, teacher, caregiver, or other authorized adult must submit the entry from the adult’s Facebook account.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins when the official giveaway announcement is published on the Tiny Ark Studio Facebook Page and ends on:

August 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Complete any free Tiny Ark Studio printable craft. The craft may be completed by a child, teenager, or adult.
  2. Take a clear photograph of the completed craft.
  3. Post the photograph in the comments beneath any post published on the official Tiny Ark Studio Facebook Page during the giveaway period.
  4. Begin the comment caption with the words “ARTWORK ENTRY.”
  5. Include the artist’s first name or nickname. When the artist is younger than 18, also include the artist’s age.

Example:

ARTWORK ENTRY: Ellie, age 7

The photograph must show a recognizable Tiny Ark Studio craft. The entry must be visible publicly in the comment section so that Tiny Ark Studio can locate and verify it.

Any free Tiny Ark Studio craft may be used. Purchasing a printable is not required.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one entry per artist, up to 5 entries per Facebook account.

Posting additional photographs will not provide additional chances to win. Duplicate entries may be removed or counted as a single entry.

6. Child-Safety Requirements

For the privacy and safety of participating children:

  • The Facebook user submitting the entry must be at least 18 years old.
  • Children and teenagers must not submit entries directly.
  • Photographs should show the completed craft only.
  • PLEASE Do not include a child’s face, last name, school, home address, location, contact information, or other identifying details publicly on the page.
  • Only the child’s first name or nickname and age should be included.
  • By submitting an entry, you are confirming that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, teacher, caregiver, or another adult authorized to share the artwork.

Tiny Ark Studio may remove or disqualify an entry that includes inappropriate or excessive identifying information.

7. Entry Requirements

Entries must:

  • Feature a completed Tiny Ark Studio craft.
  • Be submitted during the official giveaway period.
  • Be posted by an eligible adult.
  • Follow the child-safety requirements.
  • Be appropriate for a family-friendly audience.
  • Not contain unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate material.
  • Not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

The submitting adult confirms that they took the photograph or have permission to submit it.

8. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the deadline.

The giveaway is not judged based on coloring ability, artistic skill, age, neatness, or the appearance of the completed craft. Every eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Prize

One winner will receive a Tiny Ark Studio prize package that includes:

  • A Set of Colored Pencils
  • Stickers
  • One Tiny Ark Studio Faith T-shirt (winner selects the size)
  • School Supplies and Craft Item Surprises

Approximate Retail Value: $50

The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor may substitute an unavailable item with another item of equal or greater approximate value. T-shirt styles and sizes are subject to availability.

The Sponsor is responsible for standard shipping to an eligible United States mailing address. The winner will not be required to pay a shipping fee.

10. Winner Announcement and Notification

The potential winner will be announced publicly on:

  • The official Tiny Ark Studio Facebook Page
  • The original giveaway announcement post

The winner announcement will be published on or about August 22, 2026.

Tiny Ark Studio will not notify anyone that they have won before the giveaway has ended and the public winner announcement has been posted.

Only after the public announcement will the potential winner be contacted privately by the official Tiny Ark Studio Facebook Page.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial private message. The winner will be asked to provide only the adult recipient’s name, mailing address, preferred available T-shirt size, and any other information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.

If the potential winner:

  • Does not respond within 72 hours,
  • Is found to be ineligible,
  • Cannot provide an eligible United States shipping address, or
  • Does not comply with these rules,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries.

11. Scam-Safety Notice

Tiny Ark Studio will never ask an entrant or winner to:

  • Pay a fee
  • Pay shipping charges
  • Provide banking or credit-card information
  • Provide a password
  • Provide a verification or security code
  • Purchase anything to receive the prize
  • Click a link to claim the prize

Tiny Ark Studio will not reply to entrants before the deadline claiming that they have won.

The winner will first be identified publicly on the official Tiny Ark Studio Facebook Page and on the original giveaway post. Only afterward will the winner receive a private message from the official Page.

Participants should ignore and report any look-alike account, friend request, comment, or private message claiming that they have won before the public announcement. Legitimate sweepstakes do not require winners to pay to receive a prize.

12. Permission to Display Submitted Artwork

By entering, the submitting adult grants Tiny Ark Studio permission to repost or display the submitted craft photograph on the Tiny Ark Studio Facebook Page, website, email newsletter, and other Tiny Ark Studio promotional channels in connection with the giveaway and the celebration of participant artwork.

Tiny Ark Studio will not intentionally publish a child’s last name, address, school, or other identifying information.

Participants who do not want their photograph reposted outside the original Facebook comment should write:

Please do not repost

This request will not affect eligibility.

13. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to follow these Official Rules and accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

  • Do not follow these rules
  • Contain false or misleading information
  • Appear fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or manipulated
  • Interfere with the fair administration of the giveaway
  • Contain unsafe or inappropriate personal information

The Sponsor may suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, Facebook outages, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent the giveaway from operating fairly or as intended.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Tiny Ark Studio and its owner, representatives, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

15. Facebook Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

By entering, each participant completely releases Facebook from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
